Annual St. Petersburg Rotary Club Youth Awards
Established in 1938, this worthy youth award is one of the most coveted awards presented to students in our community. Students are selected on the basis of scholarship, character, and service. Annually one boy and one girl are named by the principal and the selection committee of each participating school. Through the years, many of the past recipients have made outstanding contributions in our community: William C. Cramer, Jr. (1943), Denny Rusinow (1948), Louise Sand (1945), Carl M. Kuttler and many more. Students from the class of 2011 were honored and presented framed award certificates.
